Application: used for body and varnish protection during automobile assembly by vehicle OEM.
Product description: Vehicle body protection cover is new style protective product for vehicle varnish, specially used for body and varnish protection during automobile assembly by vehicle OEM. It is hard from outside while soft from inside. Also it is convenient for use and long service life with good protective effect.
The product consists of several modules of wheel fender, vehicle door, rear part and etc. According to customer provided individual vehicle body original material (sheet metal parts), special design and mold making is applied. Particular craft is used to make protective product to suit the vehicle body completely. The product possess below characteristics:
Durable in use and will not break off or split after fold.
Adopt heat-seal craft and melting the outside hard material with inner soft material together to avoid split or break off made from low-end craft of only glue which will be durable for use.
The soft magnet attached on vehicle body is wrapped by soft and fine lint material which well protects vehicle varnish.
After use and test by SVW, SGM and CHERY, this product has been proved for well protection for vehicle body during automobile assembly and avoid any scratch by assemble tools which greatly improve the assembling efficiency. Product quality and effect have won good reputation from client.
